Our Team Visits
Once you instruct us, you will find a dedicated Account Manager allocated to you, who will personally assist with your property sale. Will also provide you with a comprehensive and realistic go to market valuation and ensure your property makes that all important first impression.
Live Virtual Tours
Both our fully inclusive packages come with a 360°-virtual tour of your property (worth £195). We market and encourage LIVE virtual online viewings of your property to potential buyers. This saves you and us time and also helps with verified buyers onto an accompanied viewing!
Floorplans & Photography
In addition to the 360°-virtual tour we also provide professional HDR photography and proper foorplans; all three are undertaken during your dedicated Account Manager’s visit. Listing your property onto sites like Rightmove and Zoopla where first impressions matter.
Our Team Visits
We’ll vet and validate all viewers, negotiate the best price for your property, and secure you an offer that you’re happy with. Uniquely, we don’t stop there. We will progress your sale all the way to completion, on other words we hold your hand from beginning to end.
